  • Client Ownership: Upon full payment for design or development projects, the client is granted ownership of the final deliverables.

3. Hosting Terms (Managed VPS)

By using our Managed VPS Hosting services, you agree to the following:

  • Uptime: We strive for maximum uptime but are not liable for temporary outages caused by third-party infrastructure or maintenance.

  • Content: You are responsible for the content hosted on your server. We prohibit the hosting of illegal, malicious, or copyright-infringing material.

  • Backups: While we provide managed services, clients are encouraged to maintain independent backups of their critical data.

4. Payment Terms

  • Billing: Services are billed according to the selected plan or project quote. Hosting services are typically billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

  • Late Payments: Failure to pay for hosting or ongoing services by the due date may lead to temporary suspension of service.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital work and server resource allocation, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or server resources have been provisioned, except at the discretion of management.

5. Client Responsibilities

For website and graphic projects, the client agrees to provide necessary information (text, images, branding guidelines) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in extended project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kobbytech Solutions, nor any of its officers, directors, or employees, be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ghana, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ghana for the resolution of any disputes.
