1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

• Web Development & Design Services: If a project is canceled before any work has started, a full refund will be provided.

• Ongoing Services (Maintenance & Support): Refunds are available if cancellation is requested within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.

• Software or Digital Products: If a purchased digital product has technical defects and cannot be fixed within 14 days, a refund may be considered.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Completed projects where the client has approved the final work.

• Domain registration and hosting fees (as these are third-party services).

• Custom graphic designs after approval and delivery.

• IT consultation or training sessions that have been conducted.
